In this role, Dimsdale is responsible for establishing the priorities of the organization and leading a team of staff and affiliate scholars in the promotion of CRCD’s mission.Previously, Dimsdale served as a director of program outreach at the Acton Institute. He has completed the course work for a PhD in ethics and is actively involved as a board member and advisor for the National Faith & Work Association, the Lausanne Movement's Workplace Forum, and an organizer of a program in the Balkans that seeks to equip unemployed and underemployed young people to launch new businesses.
