He holds LL.M. and S.J.D. degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law, a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas (Little Rock) School of Law, and an M.A. degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Professor Wallace’s doctoral dissertation is entitled “Higher Call: Foundations of Religious Freedom in American Constitutionalism.”
