Author: Baylee EbyBaylee Eby is co-founder of a social impact brand, Dreamer & Co, whose mission is to provide job skills and a steady income to young women in the Horn of Africa. She formerly served as Operations Manager at the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics. Prior to joining the Institute, Baylee worked as a project manager at Chemonics International Inc. on a Global Health Supply Chain project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Baylee graduated from the University of Virginia with her Bachelor degree as well as a Master of Public Policy degree. She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, Daniel. They enjoy hiking with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Moose and rock climbing.
