The author of more than 1,300 published articles, opinion pieces and research essays, Dowd is a senior fellow with the Sagamore Institute Center for America's Purpose. Beyond policy analysis and opinion journalism, Dowd has served as adjunct professor at both Butler University and Anderson University. He holds degrees from Butler University and Indiana University.
