Vice President of Business & Sector Initiatives
Eric Welch is Vice President of Business & Sector Initiatives at the Institute where he implements programs which serve leaders in business and all sectors to more fully integrate their faith with their whole lives, contributing toward a greater level of freedom, fulfillment, and flourishing in our communities. Eric’s passion for integration of faith, work, and “whole life” has resulted from his family, more than a decade of experience in the corporate world, and service in multiple lay roles of local church ministry over the past 25 years.
Prior to joining the Institute, Eric served with Cru, Campus Crusade for Christ International in the United States, where he contributed to strategic collaboration for Gospel transformation and well-being of cities. Eric has also been a facilitator of the Workplace & Leadership Ministry Network, comprised of key workplace, marketplace, and leadership organizations, and he has also served on the facilitation team of Mission America Coalition, also known as the US Lausanne Committee, as National Facilitator of Ministry Networks.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He and his wife, Donna, have three children and live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
