An after hours event in Tysons Corner, VA hosted by the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics (IFWE) and Bridgepoint Ministries!
About the Speaker: Jim Lindsay is originally from Colorado but went to college in Oklahoma were he completed a BA degree in music. He later earned an MBA at Oxford University in England. He is currently an adjunct professor at Georgetown University.
In 1992, while working in the U.S. Senate, Jim’s grandmother-in-law needed a caregiver. This time of family crisis led to the establishment of a business serving the needs of the elderly. After more than 20 years of caring for those in need, Akota Home Care is flourishing and expanding throughout North America and Europe as they help seniors extend their freedom by providing assisted living at home.
In his engaging talk followed by discussion, Jim will describe how each of us, whatever our profession, can experience a life of “Faith, Freedom and Flourishing.”
